If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you may use the form below, or send us a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You do not have to use this form, but it must be clear who is withdrawing and from which order.
